1. Services Provided
Affordable Actions LLC specializes in:

Services are subject to availability and detailed in individual quotes and service agreements.
2. Quotes and Payments
- All quotes provided are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A signed acceptance of the quote or agreement is required to schedule services.
- Deposits may be required before work begins.
- Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
3. Scheduling and Project Timeline
- Project schedules are estimates and subject to change based on weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Clients must ensure property access during scheduled workdays.
- We will communicate any delays promptly and reschedule as needed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Removing fragile items, decorations, and furniture as necessary.
- Notifying us of any pre-existing damage, structural issues, or hazardous conditions (e.g., lead paint, mold, water damage).
- Ensuring the work area is clean and accessible.
Affordable Actions LLC is not responsible for damage to items left in or around the work area.
5. Warranty
We offer a -year limited warranty on residential painting workmanship, covering peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by our application methods.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage caused by structural defects, water intrusion, settling, or failure of the substrate.
- Damage from client misuse, accidents, or failure to maintain surfaces.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photos within the warranty period.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled work date.
- Deposits are non-refundable if materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
- Refunds for cancellations are issued at the company’s discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Affordable Actions LLC is fully licensed and insured.
However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Minor incidental damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Use of Media
By engaging our services, you grant Affordable Actions LLC permission to photograph or video project areas before, during, and after completion for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Information collected through our website, such as contact forms or quote requests, is used solely for communication and service fulfillment.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

10. Governing Law
